He is probably a 1 for the overall american. The higher your income/stock holdings are the more likely you are to rate him as a 10. I would put him at about a 2 even tho my family is in the upper income section I just have to look at what he has done for the little man and cry.

He gets a 4. Had he stuck to his guns on social security and making the tax cuts permanent, a 6.
Had he spent more time on the air campaign in Iraq, instead of screwing around on the ground, maybe a 7.
Had he vetoed the Patriot act, the Mcain-Feingold act, and the Mcain-Kennedy bill, an 11.

He replace into very undesirable at speaking yet he did furnish tax cuts, and a minimum of made an attempt to oppose terrorism and damaging impacts on the economy. the actuality that Obama is hacking and slashing our militia and infrastructure budgets whilst giving trainloads of loose money to precise interest communities has additionally extra suitable his score in my opinion from approximately 5 to eight.

A 3 is best based on your scale. We so soon forget the worst, Hoover, Harding, Nixon and Jackson. Too bad we don't learn enough about our own Presidential history in school. If we did nobody would rate him as the worst.

As a bonus rating I give Clinton an 8, Bush 41 a 5, Reagan a 4, Carter a 5, Ford a 5, Nixon dropped himself from a 6 to a 2 with Watergate, and FDR a 10.
