Try going for cartoony games like games based on kid's movies. Depending on what he likes (i.e. dinosaurs, space, etc...) there are a number of games aimed at younger kids. If hes into Star Wars there is a Lego Star Wars game that would be a good idea. If he likes Spongebob, there are Spongebob Games. Just make sure the rating on the game is E for Everyone

something like open season. Well just look for the ones with the E on the rating thing. Those are fun and cool, but for older people, it looks very boring.
