Why not try Sky?

You can have Sky (basic digital package) SkyTalk (BT line required) and Skybroadband all for about £40 a month.

Cable is always best as far as quality is concerned. If you have to do it through a phone company AT&T provides package deals for internet, satallite tv and phone, although I had them for over a year and their internet is much slower than cable and the satallite signal for the tv breaks up frequantly during bad weather.

ntl i beleive are the best current all in one package but this depends on wether you have a ntl cable outside your property
however B.T have just launched their television service avalible through the home-hub,its called bt vision(http://www.btvision.bt.com/),and this comes with broadband and telephone all via the bt home hub
however all 3 bt services together are very expensive ,but the one thing i have learned about bt,you may pay more but the connection speeds are brilliant,i have bt option 3 package and get 8mb connection speeds but actual download speeds of 800kb/sec and above, this compared to my mate on N.T.L who gets download speeds of around 200kb/sec
sky have brought out their "max" package lately, and promises to give you a all round package for less than £20,but again ,the proofs in the pudding
my advice..go for B.T ,good service, astounding connection speeds, may cost a few quid more but worth every penny
good luck
