Why do some people say John Cena sucks, when Batista is worst?

I asked this question before but I want more answers.

I am not really a big fan of John Cena but people criticize him so much when his opposite on smackdown, Batista is much worse. Since Batista returned from injury this year he has become so terrible in everything. Batista can't wrestle and watching him in his matches feels like your watching the big show in slow motion. Look at how many times the fans have chanted 'Boring' during his ppv matches but when he makes his entrance the crowd goes wild. His mic skills are damn awful and he has as much charisma as stone cold has hair. What is all the hype about Batista? Cena has been booed many times but I have never heard the fans chant 'Boring' for his matches. Cena has got the mic skills and the charisma. Cena is not the best wrestler but he works hard in the ring and can at least have exciting matches. People need to start booing Batista instead of Cena.

I don't really like Cena but my point is Batista is worse. Why don't people boo Batista.

Batista was only hired by WWE because of his bodybuilder looks and he only became world champion because he was good friends with Triple H in real life. Everyone knows Triple H is a backstage dictator. He has held back many potential stars in the past including booker t,rvd,cm punk,etc.

Ok...This Question makes me mad, because I happen to like both John Cena and Batista...I have been watching wrestling for about 10 years...First of all just because u THINK again...Because u THINK Batista has his job because he looks like a body build doesn't mean anything...John Cena used to be a body builder...He doesn't look as big as he used to and he still has his job...Moving on. The reason why Batista isn't booed by everybody is because in case u didn't notice everey body has their OWN opinion not URS not ANBODY elses just their OWN!!! Just like I have my opinion about Batistas wrestling...I think he is a very good and talented wrestler there is nothing wrong with his wrestling...But this is just MY opinion...Moving on...John Cena gets booed so what...EVERY SINGLE WRESTLER GETS BOOED EVERY TIME THEY COME OUT TO DO A SHOW!!! There are many people who boo every single wrestler but the only reason u can't hear just them is because there are many more chearing...And back onto the Batista and his wrestling thing...So u think he has no ability what so ever...But heres my question for YOU...If you stepped into the ring with Batista HOW LONG would YOU last??? And anyway at least he can still be able to come out and entertain people...How good would u wrestle if u just had SURGERY??? Oh yeah and u say people need to start booing Batisista instead of Cena...they don't NEED to do anything but wat they want to do...Thats like me and u going to wrestling and u booing Jeff Hardy while im chearing for him and u lookin at me and sayin STOP CHEERIN FOR HIM BECAUSE U NEED TO BOO HIM....JUST BECAUSE I dont LIKE him!!! people dont boo batista because he was booked better. He gained a lot of fans with his perfect slow burning face turn against HHH and was booked in relatively short matches to hide his lack of in ring skills (which to be honest are a lot better than Cena.)

Cena on the other hand has been pushed as a top card face from almost the start. His matches have been ropey at best (on Raw he doesnt get the benefit of re-taping segments and botched spots like batista does on smackdown,) and has relied on his feud with the multi-talented edge to keep him in the lime-light.

Wrestling fans are not stupid and boo cena loudly as is their right. Batista is no stranger to the boos either, his appearance on ECW against the Big Show was met with chants of "you both suck" and "change the channel" he reacted badly to this, throwing a sting like hissy fit.

Man i agree with you so much. Batista in my opinion is the epitome of boring. His matches are extremely boring and he does the same thing every week when feuding with King Booker. I hate his mic skills too. People do overcriticize Cena too but then again the controversial get both alot of fans and haters and everyone is entitled to their opinion.

Batista is at least credible. His stuff looks as if it might hurt. Cena has a gimmick that has him as a street fighter but his punches are frankly awful looking. While Cena is a better worker overall, a cartoonish gimmick that is not geared to the WWE fanbase (Males 18-35), and some weak looking offense gets him natural heel heat.

1) the ferocious animal image is probably considered to be cooler than the white boy rapper image.
2)although i'm sure some women dig batista, he's not a sex symbol like Cena. Guys hate that and u never hear women booing him.
3)things like this tend to snowball. People end up booing him because it's the 'in thing' without knowing why their doing it, and then those same people start cheering him because it becomes too popular to boo him!

I did not even read everything you wrote, because I just do not understand why everybody is hating on the HOTTEST men in the wrestling industry why can't you just keep your opinions to YOURSELF and all the other Cena, Batista, The Miz and The Rock haters??? When I went to a wrestling event in December some people were cheering King Booker and some were cheering Batista Like CRAZY!!! (me as example!!!) All i am trying to say is everybody has thier own favorite and some people don't understand that!!!

Cena's matches are not exciting at all, what are you talking about? The writers have Cena win every single match. The writers have made Cena almost "unbeatable." Cena has officially made wrestling boring for me and many others. Its like what Jeff Gordon was doing for nascar a few years back.

why are you being so hard on batista and john cena they are both great wrestlers i don't know what show you were watching but whenever i watch smackdown and raw i always think that both shows put on the best matches even if you don't were you watching ecw

Because he sucks take this example he has only 4 years on the WWE and he has been the champion in 4 times already only because he is popular and hip hoper exactly the same thing happened at NYR the writers gived him victory over Umaga and everybody was expecting Kane to defeat him.
