I want to lose 15-30 pounds by 2/28. mainly around my waist and tights. please help!!

that is a good one .it would be very difficult. i wouldn't recommend more 2 lbs a week. because you lose muscle not body fat and that makes you look very bad and is not good for you.
Cardio Cardio and working out with weights Wisely!!!

You need a life style change not a diet now and you will keep it off.you could lose healthy 15 to 20 lbs.

You should eat nothing but boiled cabbage until that date... You will lose a bunch of weight...but on the downside you will be sick of cabbage and spend alot of time on the toilet...
