My girlfriends, she's always there for me even though she has a had a way harder life. Also my little sisters and my parents. My little sisters adore me and I don't like the thought of letting them down and my parents are such screw ups that I'm motivated just to not turn out like them.
There's also a pretty good deal of self motivation in there.

Surprisingly the gay men in this column of answers have not said the gym. For me the Gym motivates me. It builds stamina in my work life so that I dont get exhausted by the end of my shift and I can still have a life afterwards. It gets the dopamine running through my brain so I can combat depressive days. The gym also helps to release anger (try swearing or talking aggressive while lifting or running) and it also helps release anxiety so that I can get a good rest. The benefits go on and on if you think about it. A mountain dew or a red bull help motivate me as well. So do hot sexy men!

I motivate myself first & foremost. Then i know I always have my partner & 2 of my bestfriends behind me to help push my own self-motivation. Also the thought of having $$$$ and my own business and not having to answer to ANYbody else....that motivates me.

My niece, I have a hard job for a African American girl like myself. I'm just trying to help break the barrier for her and her friends and other females in the future so they could have a job like mine. And also...My warm room and and Hot shower waiting for me after work! (LOL) Ps. I do conservation work....working for State Parks.
