We have a Molly that is having babies and releasing them slowly, we have creek rock in the bottom so they can hide easily, but I got a net and fished the ones I could find out and seperated them so they wouldn't get eaten by any of the other fish..

What do I do from here with them...?

If the tank only contains other mollies, the parent fish will stop eating them when they get to be 4 or 5 days old,the bones get too hard for the parent fish. How ever if there are other species with large enough mouths then all bets are off. Good luck. PeeTee

Buy an isolation tank to store them in. You can get them at pet stores and they hook onto the sides of tanks.

You could feed them to bigger fish. I have a tank to breed guppies in, when they have their babies, I am going to use them to feed to my Oscars.
