If sp2 is still available download from microsoft,click start then all programmes then window update.

if your copy of xp pro is a genuine copy service pack 2 will come in the form of a update,however this is the biggest update you will ever get,its around 250mb in size(approx)
if you would rather install it yourself you can download the update from http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=049C9DBE-3B8E-4F30-8245-9E368D3CDB5A&displaylang=en
you need to make sure you update to sp2 as support for service pack 1 ceased in october 2006,so using this you wont get any updates

Go to
http://www.microsoft.com
install the windows genuine advantage tool
then scan for updates, download and install.
SP2 is available on disc, Microsoft Support will be able to tell you how tto get one.
