If you mean the Kama Sutra, yes there are many versions and you could check the relationship section of a bookstore or just look online at Amazon.com. Your library may even have it. Just keyword search Kama Sutra.

There's no shortage of people who have published that way anyway. Like Sun Tzu's Art of War, it's a collected set of works that someone put together, which you can find in just about any language.

Yes it is a real book and you can download it for free from Limewire or Ares.
I found it to be quite boring.

oh yes, it is a very real book.
There are many different versions of it available. I'm sure your library/local bookstore would have at least one version in the relationship/intimate section.
