If they set up a Forbearance on my account will they still take my tax return?

They had not sent the amount that I owed I no longer live in the same city. I just called the direct loans and they set up a payment plan. I only owe 4 payments of 50.00.

Whatever isn't paid will likely be withheld from you tax refund. The good news is that they you'll be paid up.
