gYou are looking for the Exchange Proxy Settings for Outlook over the Internet...

Basically (without being an admin for your domain):
Start > Control Panel > Mail > Profile Properties > Next > More Settings > Connection Tab
mail.domain.com (for the main address)
'SSL only' checked
'Mutually authenticate the session' checked
Principal name for proxy server:
msstd:mail.domain.com
NTLM Authentication chosen

If your login doesn't match, Outlook will prompt you for login. Be sure to use a domain/username when loging in.

Let me know if this was helpful.

****** domain = your domain

Are you using Internet Explorer to access the OWA site? Do other people have this problem when accessing the OWA site? You can see your mail though right? On the left where you see your folder list, are there any missing image blocks (like white squares with a Red X in them)?
