The time has come to ask the question:

Can it be that our president is not just wrong, not just stubborn, not just acting on sinister but purposeful motives, but mad as a hatter – in the clinical sense? Is the President of the United States of America, mentally ill?

Ever since Bush's speech Wednesday night I've listened carefully as media analysts and members Congress try to make sense out of what Bush proposed for a new strategy in Iraq. For Congress the effort comes about four years late. But rather than being relieved to hear them finally asking tough questions, I was left scratching my head. It occurred to me everyone was trying to make sense out something that was demonstrably “sense-less.” Not senseless in just the policy, strategic or moral sense, but senseless as in “insane.” Hell, Bush not only was saying crazy things Wednesday night, but he even looked crazy.

Bush is likely not insane, but I do believe he has an extremely low IQ and is being told by Cheney and others what to think, do and say. He makes statements that are not smart. He is the "decider." "Bring em on!" He uses "the google" on the "internets." He has mispronounced words often, and puts emphasis on wrong syllables. I think he is just an elitist being the puppet ruler for the elitist class, with others calling the shots. Everybody wants to support our president, but after all that is wrong, it gets just plain ridiculous to do so.

Well this is a new one. At least you aren't on the Hitler comparison track or the Impeach and Hang track..

I don't think he's mentally ill. Many of those same members of Congress voted in favor of the Iraq war. And now they are against it for no good reason other than lack of finding WMDs. And for those of you who argue about troop losses, consider Russia losing more than 10 million soliders during WWII versus 3,000 in 4 years. Saddam had enough time to move the WMDs by camel and hide them before we attacked.

We have to stay the course. There's a bigger agenda going on, sorry to say.

I thought the left was the party of the intellectual elites. How come every question on here by liberals looks like a 5 year old is asking it?

Bush is sane, the liberal left are delusional.

Agreed!!! It's a waist of time to make any sense out of nonsense. Bush didn't allow Congress to even discuss or vote on this last deployment. Bush has overstepped his position.

Probably not mentally ill, but if you compare his first few speeches as president to his latest I'd say he might be getting depressed.

I agree with you and I think he is in way over his head now. He is realizing what a cluster **** he has put the USA in and now he don't know what to do. The long and short of this is we lost this fight we should have never been in. Thousands of our Military men and women died and are still dying for nothing. We can't fight every ones battles for them, we need to fix our country before we try to go and fix others! We need to let the Fat Lady sing on this one and bring our troops home and move on. I mean come on people we have not even caught OSAMA the ******* who started this all!!! HOW SAD THE WAY WE WERE SO MISDIRECTED BY MR.BUSH!! FOCUS PEOPLE OSAMA!!

You have the Bush hating disease, you might want to get yourself checked out. The disease very contagious amongst liberal democrats, so you might want to get checked out as soon as you can.

He's either insane, or evil, or just plain stupid... One of those...

I refuse to even watch him anymore as he makes me wretch and wriggle with his lies and corruption. I did hear that on Sunday they had him on 60 minutes and from what people had noticed he had the strangest way of smirking after being asked very serious questions (about Iraq, about his administration)...

What is it with this criminal? When will he take what he is doing to the world and our society seriously???
