It depends on what else you have to do. But I think it's a bit long. I go on every 3 or 4 hours since I have work to do.

7 hours is almost a full time job.
Anyone who spends that much time in front of a computer, doing anything, should consider getting paid for it.

For me my eyes would hurt from staring at the computer for so long but if it works for then go for it.
