Is lulu.com good for self-publishing? Has anyone used this service successfully?

I want to make some money writing e-books, but I'd like to make the books available in print as well. That's when I discovered lulu.com.

Has anyone ever used it. Is their print high quality?

My aunt just published a book through lulu.com in December. I saw it (a paperback) and it looked as good as any you see in a bookstore.
Hers was mostly photos and she had some difficulty figuring out how to get them all arranged on their template, but did work it out. She said their help staff were pretty good.
