You can find when the next draft takes place, when free agency starts up along with any team changes. It is even keeping up with coaching changes (5 coaches out, 2 new coaches so far). It will also show a training camp schedule and has links to each team for team news and additional roster information.

It is listed as one of website favorites for all the info you need and then some.

NFL.com keeps a sechdule of all off season events. After the Pro Bowl, free agency officially starts, but who is eligible differs by the player and the contract. The NFL Combine is in March, and the NFL Draft is in April. Then Mini Camps and Training camps start, and they vary by team.

I'd say the draft, but its very close... on offense, 4 out of 11 starters were drafted (Leonard Weaver and Will Heller were undrafted free agents, and Matt Hasselbeck and Deion Branch were acquired via trades; the other 3 were acquired by free agency) on defense, 7 out of 11 starters were drafted (all 4 non-draftees were FA additions) of pro-bowlers, 3 were acquired by free agency/trading (Hasselbeck, Kerney, Peterson) and 3 were drafted (Jones, Tatupu, Trufant). Since we're talking about the last 5 years though, you have to mention that Seattle's most productive player ever and only MVP, Shaun Alexander, was a product of the draft, though he is no longer with the team. However, Matt Hasselbeck, arguably the "face of the franchise" right now was a product of a trade (though Lofa Tatupu could also be said to have that title, and he was drafted - a move many called stupid given his low rating in the draft). I think since Tim Ruskell took over after 2004, Seattle has been one of the best teams at improving itself both via the draft and by free agency.

Sort of, because it's unoffical, except for the draft, the pre season games and the season/post season games. Every team has a general training program that starts right after the draft. It's just an informal general fitness and scout (to see what people they want and don't want). This is where walk ons come aboard. Then they have to cut the number down for the second stage. At this point everytime after they have a pre season game they have to cut so many players. Each team has a maximum number of players for the season. At the end of the pre season games they have up to the number of players that the team is allowed to have. Then the real practice starts with the plays they are going to use in the season.

Yes it does. I would look at NFL website to see the full schedule if you are interested.
