It's a double standard and frankly, a lack of respect for the law.

Plain and simple.

Affirmative action. Society is trying to lower the bar for female perverts to "erase the gender barriers" that have led to a largely male dominant segment of our society. Just another in a series of efforts to remove the glass ceiling holding women down.

Men are supposed to have sex. Men want to have sex.

Women are not supposed to have sex. Women don't want to have sex.

These are the two socially accepted ideas. So when a older man (who wants to have sex) forces a young woman to have sex (who does not want to have sex), it is a bad thing.

But...

When a young boy (who wants to have sex) has sex with a older woman (who does not want to have sex) it is not seen as bad but natural for the teenager.

Because we want to encourage more older women to have sex with teenage boys. I wish they had this program when I was a teenager.
