The plot as I understand it is based on some guy getting frozen only to be thawed out later and finds himself one of the smartest people on the planet because dumb people have bred faster than smart people.

just found out it was going to be released worldwide, but 20th Century Fox dumped it and it was released a few days ago. You might have to order it through a local DVD store, or you may find it. Heres another link for a CLIP

I just rented the movie at my local video store, and it wasn't hard to find at all. It's funny and asks some interesting questions, well worth watching.
