what is the best way to tell your school that you need to drop out without losing too much money?

i started going to school for medical insurance billing and coding and found out tht this doesn't pay much and those jobs in that career are falling due to computer generated ways. it is a 6 month program and and i have been attending for a month now. i want to drop out and start going into the nursing field and alltogether go to a different school. How should i go about telling them
