Honestly, for the most part I can. But, I have a tendency to tell my mother a lot. I think this is the case with most people. If you tell someone to keep a secret, more than likely you are asking that person and the person closest to them to keep your secret.

I am very good at keeping secrets. All of my friends come to me when they have problems or need help or they have to spill a secret because I won't tell anyone the secret or problem. The only exception is if the secret is physically hurting someone.

I am able to, but if I felt that this was a problem that would involve emergency services for example then I could not keep that secret. I would at the very least encourage this person to contact the emergency services themselves.

Seriously, it depends on the circumstances. As long as it isn't hurting anyone/something major. Honestly I sometimes have moral dilemas with secrets but always try to keep my word.
