From the moment I saw you
From the moment I looked into your eyes
There was something about you I knew I knew
That you were once in a lifetime
A treasure near impossible to find
And I know how lucky I am to have you

Cause I've seen rainbows that could take your breath away
The beauty of the setting sun that ends a perfect day
And when it comes to shooting stars I've seen a few
But I've never seen anything as beautiful as you

Holding you in my arms
No one else has fit so perfectly
I could dance forever with you with you
And at the stroke of midnight please forgive me if I can't let go
Cause I never dreamed I'd find a Cinderella of my own

Cause I've seen rainbows that could take your breath away
The beauty of the setting sun that ends a perfect day
And when it comes to shooting stars I've seen a few
But I've never seen anything as beautiful as you

I've seen rainbows that could take your breath away
The beauty of the setting sun that ends a perfect day
And when it comes to shooting stars I've seen a few
But I've never seen anything
NO
I've never seen anything as beautiful as you

From the moment I saw you
From the moment I looked into your eyes

Pinpoint the theme and as you listen to the melody, think of words that describe.

As you think on the words write down a few of them or all of the words that come across your mind.

After you have a list of words, that are usually phrases or adjectives describing attributes then add in the verbs and the other words that will make sense.

Remember that you have a poetic license, so it doesnot really have to follow all of the rules of language, however the better songs are those that are succint and to the point. Yet, gently coloured by words that describe moods or actions.

I recall the moment of my heartfelt delight
Upon hearing that you had found your Mr. Right
The smile that shows upon your face
As his leather is graced by your soft woven lace
You deserve this happiness you've found
Because you have caused others' smiles to abound

I wish you warmth that rules the heart
Be it yours forever, as is from the love's start
My wish is to warm and help, how I may
This, remembrance of your wedding day.

(Something of this type of poem, is my thoughts...I don't know the couple as you do, so just have fun and keep it simple!)
