Hi Ya
Some people are unable to use soaps or face wash. This is because they have very sensative skin. The best solution is to cleanse with a none perfumed cleansing milk. followed by a none alcohol bases toner and finished with a moisterising fluid not cream for very sensative skin. It is trial and error which brand of these products will suit your own skin. I usually find the middle range price products are the best. All of these product can be found in stores and supermarkets.

Hope this helps

Well maybe its the product your using to clean your face, some people cant use soap and water , there are cleansing creams, and jafra has great products, they have a moisture mask thats really good, try something for sensitive skin , you may have sensitive skin , look for products that are mild for your skin , you might try using bottled water not cold, room temp to rinse your face, its mostly trail and error you have to try different products to see whats best for your skin.
my advice is try some products for sensitive skin, maybe a cleansing cream that is light not heavy.
Hope this helps

Calming Creme by Eucerin usually helps calm my skin down when it gets red. Do you wash with a soothing face wash too? Regular soap usually irritates sensitive skin.

I use a facial wash, exfoliating masque and moisturizer from Arbonne that works fantastic. It's called Intelligence. Infact pretty much all Arbonne products are all natural and won't cause your skin to break out.

i think it could be an irritation to whatever products you are using on your face. its probably due to your face wash. but only a dermatologist can be sure, so i recommend dishing out the extra bucks if your insurance does not cover it and getting help.

what are you washing your face with!? try changing what you use that could be the problem. maybe you have sensitive skin so get something.. a different brand than what you already have and get sensitive skin...
good luck!

i had the same problem around my nose and mouth area. i figured i was allergic to something. i changed my soap and went to just a basic non-perfume soap (Dove). i really think that did the trick. i was also concerned with my toothpaste since plenty people have allergies to fluoride. i changed to another brand of toothpaste at the same time i changed soaps, so I'm not sure which one did the trick. it is clear now, so from now on, i'm sticking with that brand of toothpaste and soap.
