I knew i was pregnant my second and third time by the fact that i was running upstairs to pee every 20 mins or so. Other than that, i experienced normal pms symptoms.

Usually the first sign of pregnancy is most often a missed menstrual period. You may also have breast swelling and tenderness and of nausea sometimes with vomiting fatigued abdominal enlargement (bloating, etc basically the same type of thing your would experience if you were going to get your periods. Missed Period
Nausea
Fatigue
Sore Breasts
Constant headaches...
Those are some early signs of pregnancy/

Frequent need to urinate
Metallic taste in mouth

Increased temperature that remains elevated after ovulation

The same as PMS... You will not be able to tell until you miss your period & take a HPT(Home pregnancy test) or go to the doc & have a blood test!!!

sore boobs probably that was mine. but its different for everyone, I never had morning sickness, through my whole pregnancy, but I think about everyone has sore boobs.
