My Period is always irregular but always between 21 and 28 days so does anyone have any ideas on when is a good time to take a hpt Serious answers only. I am now on day 24 and so far nothing my last two peiods came on day 21 and day 25.

I am trying to get pregnant and i have all the symptoms. My last perod was really no blood but alot of clear mucus and only for one day sorry i know tmi. I have stressed before and it always came so i dont think it is stress

Dont worry just yet. Unless you have reason to. Id wait a few more days though. Those hpt's can get expensive and false negatives happen sometimes when you take them too early.

I'd wait out until the far end of your "usual" cycle, so until day 29. No point wasting the money on a test if you don't need to. Some tests though claim they can tell up to 4 days before you "miss" your period, so one of those should be ok to take now if you are really impatient.

wait until day 30, then if you dont start take a test. If you are trying to concieve you are probably stressing about it and stress can effect the start day of your cycle. so to save yourself a little money day 30 is probably your best bet.
