I believe they filmed most of Harry Potter and the Prisoner Of Azkaban in Scotland. Some of it was in England and the U.K.

Some of it was actually filmed in some school over there,like the dining hall scene and some is actually from a castle.I forgot exactly what castle but the school that they used for was oxford
