than it goes back on this happens two three times in a full cycle i do not have to hit the reset button at all,the flame goes out for a few seconds and lights back up.... changed the filters, nozzle, electrodes checked all fitting ty for your time james

This could be caused by a bad thermostatic control. The control could be causing the system to short-cycle. If the burner was the problem you would need to reset it, and since you don't you might want to check out all the temperature controls.
