Basically when they decide on what their show should be about. I would like to know so I can find that clip. It would be great if someone had the audio or scene and can send to me or anything. Thanks in advance.

That'd be "The Pitch", the third episode of season 4. I don't have a clip unfortunately and can't seem to find any on youtube.

It is one of the very last episodes. They came up with the idea to make a show about nothing, pitched the idea, and on the way to film a pilot they got arrested. If I remember right that was the end of the series.
