Copper pipes in basement are dripping water, why?

Is there anything I can do to prevent the water from dripping constantly? Why is the water blue when it hits the floor?

Don't think a leak, it runs all along the copper pipes, not at the connections

Then again, you might be in the Southern hemisphere and this is your Summer. Or you might be incorrect about it being a leak. We need more information to do anything but give generic guesses.
