How do you clear the cookies on a computer

The way I do it which clears all sources of internet files.
Right Click your internet icon and left click properties.
Then delete Files, Delete cookies, and delete history.
Any person who goes on that computer after that won't know where you were and what you've done since you just had internet explorer clean its tracks.
