If so, why are they constantly violating it?

Please give me an example. Having studied the constitution in depth for several years, I have yet to see where the Bush administration is violating anything in it. Perhaps it is you that should do a bit more research instead of saying populist statements backed up by nothing but false assumptions.

They haven't ever been found in violation of the Constitution. So, enough of the victim talk. I can't count how many times I've read the Constitution, and I love it, but until someone is found in violation, they are presumed innocent.

I doubt you've ever read the constitution. If you had you'd be able to see that there has been no violation. If there had been, the left would have a legitimate reason for impeachment and it would happen immediately (every elected dem would love to impeach bush). Wishful thinking isn't enough, sorry.

They forget what it says and means

That is not un believable, I forget which article says what it I don't refresh my memory from time to time.

Hey that's it they don't care if they forget it. The obvious difference between a average American and a professional politician.

It's certainly obvious that YOU have never read it. If you had, you wouldn't have asked this stupid question because you would have realized that they haven't violated anything.

But what the heck, I get two points anyway.

sure they've read it....I bet a 1000 times even.....why so much? so they can figure out any way possible to hack it apart.

they have already began the process and are doing an excellent job as Americans sit by and allow it saying its all in the name of security.

Famous words from a founding father:

" People who are willing to give up freedom for the sake of short term security, deserve neither freedom nor security. "

Benjamin Franklin

" When the people fear their government, there is tyranny; when the government fears the people, there is liberty. "

Thomas Jefferson

Go against Bush's words.....BELIEVE THE CONSPIRACY THEORISTS. The truth lies with them.

I've only ever wondered that about the ACLU and the 1st amendment.

They feel free to heed only those parts of the Constitution they like, and ignore the rest. Sort of like how Bush issues "Signing Statements" with legislation he signs specifying what parts he'll enforce and what parts he'll (unconstitutionally) ignore.

Yet his fans decry "cafeteria Christians" who pick 'n' choose when it comes to the Bible!

Tell me how they have violated the constitution. Name the crime and statute that is being broken. It's sad that no one can come up with facts for your statement.
