What you have to understand is that not everyone likes the same thing,so if you can smile sometimes you do that and see what happens.If they are not satisfied with that then its not your smile because God gave everyone a beautiful smile and also a a loving heart.Just be proud yourself no matter what.I always use a thought when these kind of people come around me"I can do all things through Christ who strenghted me".

They don't hate you they're just jealous of the happy life that you love to live. Keep living and keep smiling don't worry about them. Smiles are contagious they'll get some people. I had the same problem in high school.

If they didn't hate you because you smile all the time, they would hate you for something else. Maybe they are just jealous that you are happy.

My daughter has the same problem, I just read aloud to her all the answers you received. I think, the ones with the attitude, just like to control everyone and how you will feel (how you will fail) and when you will feel it. They like to bring you down to their level, there low life selves, if you let them. I had a Specialist in the Army that complained when I was happy and then when I stopped being so happy would ask me what was wrong with me, I was so frustrated, I just gave up, and decided to be myeslf.

poor u i think their just jealous phonies cuz they werent born 2 smile like incredible u!anyways they probabally just think ur tryin 2 make the teachers think ur really happy and love school even tho ur not tryin 2 make them impressed so just keep tryin and rock on remember 2 keep in mind 2 just b yourself and not let them ruin ur smiling career!

People who are miserable don't like to see others that are happy.
Let me tell you what I have learned....took a long time, but I hope it doesn't take you as long.
It doesn't matter what others think of you!! As long as you are happy, you are serving God and doing things that honor Him then you don't need to worry about what other people think!

I think people are so busy thinking they have something to be depressed about (some really do), most don't. I think they are self-absorbed with their own problems and therefore they are suspicious of anyone who seems to be truly happy.
