It's a scam. You can buy his crap on ebay now for a percentage of what he charges for it. Most of what he tells you, ins't very useful, is what I've heard about it.

Think about it this way: if he was that rich from it, why would he tell you how to do it?

He must be makeing money cause he has been hawking that stuff for years. He makes money, but if there was a way to become a gozillionaire with no money down, you think the person that thought it up would tell everyone in the world.
If the system worked, one person buys it, then tells there brother how it works, brother tells wife, wife tells 2,2 tell 6 , 6 tell 38, soon everyone knows so no more commercials could sell it.
Yes the real estate junk is real, my grandfather taught it to me and you most likely had one in your family that told you the same thing.
One thing people will allways need and no more is being made is land. Buy now, sell later.

Yes, making money in real estate is real, but the Carlton Sheets method is only common information that you can get in other places for free.

yes , but i don't believe in carleton sheets, because anyone with a little common sense can do this by themselves. remember , nothings free, and you always get out of it what you put into it.
