I'd like to go back to the sixties....and be a long haired hippie flashing the peace sign and saying "righteous,farout,totally..." and enjoy all that free love! It would be cool to go back to pioneer days too to see what people did without tvs!

That would be so cool, it's hard to say because there are so many times , places and people I would love to visit. I think I would like to go back when there wasn't any electricity, but not so far back --maybe in the 1800's, when a lof of history was being made? Or when all the great artists were making their debut (like the Impressionists or Van Gogh!!!!) I would LOVE to meet Van Gogh.... see what that's all about... too much, now I'm on overload LOL!!

First, the year I retire; I usually find my job boring. I would like to find out what I will do next. Second, the time of the dinosaurs or early humans; I would like to know if machines can really go back that far into the past and show me those and where we came from. Third, the period after our sun expires; that way I will no longer worry about it and will see what happens next.

I'd go back to the Golden Age of Hollywood - The 30's and 40's. It was a very romantic time. Women had exqusite style and men were dashing and debonire...

Actually I can almost visit it without a time machine - I just have to go to MGM :)

The 70's! And no, not the disco junk kind of 70's. I would love the see the beginnings of punk. REAL punk. Not this Panic! and Green Day nonsense. All that began in 2000. Who would want to waste a Time Machine on that?!

If I had a time machine, I would go back to April 1999 because my sister died May 30, 1999 from liver failure. She has just turned 40. The doctors said that if she had come to them a month earlier when she first started hurting, they could have saved her. I would go back to that time and make her go to the doctor. But she thought it was just a pulled muscle and started taking Tylenol for the pain but because she was in liver failure, the Tylenol caused toxicity and finished destroying her liver. She was my only sister and my best friend. We did everything together, went everywhere together and when she died, I was so crazy with grief for her that I wanted to die too. And the guilt I felt for living while my sister had to die was just too much for me. My family was truly afraid that I was going to finally just grieve myself to death. That lasted for 4 1/2 long years and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. Yes, April 1999 is when I would go back to if I had a time machine and my Little Sis and I would STILL be partying our a**es off. Sorry about going on and on.

I'd go back in time to crucial moments in history and record them, selling them to museums and scientists. I would also find out for sure if Jesus and other mythological figures were real.

Then I'd travel to the future when religion and conflict are gone and live in a peaceful utopia.

I would go back sometime between 65-75. Lived it once would like to again. Maybe I could remember a little more of it this time. It's all pretty much a blur right now.

I'd use my time machine to go back in time to right some wrongs from my past and play the lotto numbers for a huge jackpot.
