Sure, they'll remove your name from their mailing list ---after they have seized all your property and rendered you homeless and penniless and once your final tax return is filed by your estate. Otherwise, they'll attach your income, and hound you until you wish you were dead.

You might just as well bite the bullet, lay low, pay your taxes and hope they ignore you for awhile like they do the illegal aliens and illegal alien employers.

The government consistently exempts itself from any do-not-call or send-no-mail list rules. So good luck, but the chances are slim.

When you file your return, check the box that you don't need the 1040 package mailed to you. If that is what you meant.

The IRS rules you ...you don't rule the IRS.....don't mess with the government...it will only get you into trouble...if you don't want your name with the IRS then don't claim income tax,,,see how that goes....
