every night is worry,worry,worry....i've tried loads of ways and i even have social services on my back. Please help me.

It all depends on what is making you depressed. But whatever it is, you need to remember that nothing is as hopeless as it seems. Find someone you trust to talk to, such as a close friend, family member or maybe a teacher and then pour out your heart. Sometimes saying your troubles out loud can already make them seem more manageable.

its ok. just be a good person and God will help you. If you really want more help you can talk to your counselor at school, but I know how they are. Some don't care. If your parents abuse you, then you could call some kind of hotline.
Are you bad? Is that why you have social services after you? More info. would help.

I wish I was still at school. Make the most of your time there, you don't realise how precious these times are until they're over. You should be totally carefree right now. Get to the bottom of what it is you're worrying about, ask for help from people you trust, I'm sure they'd be glad to help.

try and make friends or take up a hobby . go swimming or running ,join a martial arts class .anything that will take your mind off it ,and try to think positive, this is only a tempory feeling and natural so take it day by day and stay poisitive ,good luck

Hey, we all have our phases. Just work hard and think of a routine you can stick to. Don't forget, never be too proud to ask for help!!

Let me put it this way...there is no reason to be stressed about school. Before you know it school will be over and you have to worry about work. Theres no reason to stress, life is to short!

hey just do yoga... take a google bout yoga... its the best solution to get rid of all ur worries......... (wat ever it may be)...
