..i got an extensions service in nyc with a technique named ring...i paid 50 dollar for a consultation to see if this technique wa right for my hair and i paid 1000$ to get the extension done...but they fell off after only 2 days,when the hairdresser told me that the service would last at least 3 months..i'm really upset and i want my money back...do i have the right to have a refound or at least a partial refound?...help me plese!!

i trid already but this person doesnt want to asnwr the phone..the salon in located in nyc and i live in virginia...i'm so upset can i sue the hairdresser?

Yes, you can take them to small claims court. The goods were not as described.

Go back to where you got your extensions done and talk to the manager. I'm sure they will do something to make this right.
