Nyquil - bad idea. It has too much alcohol in it.

I doubt that Tylenol is okay, but ask your doctor.

The first few weeks of pregnancy are some of the MOST important times. Your child is developing very rapidly right now, especially her nervous system. Anything you take right now could have a very strong impact.

No, don't ever take anything like Nyquil because alot of it has alcohol, you can take regular Tylenol and regular Sudafed, but not until you are about 13 weeks.

Tylenol should be okay but there are so many medicines that could harm the unborn child, you should check with your Doctor or Pharmacist to be sure what you can take.

Call your physician and ask them directly. What might be ok for me may not be ok for you, and this site is filled with people who make answers up, flat out lie, and give reckless medical advice. Call your doctor to make sure.
