This is more of a moral question than anything else.
If you are going to a Catholic School, the answer is yes. anything remotely sexual is "Sex" (french kissing included, according to the Nuns you already have sinned in your heart)
If you are going to a Private School, the answer is no. The only thing that fully counts as losing your virginity is when you have good old-fashioned penis to vagina sex and he breaks your hymen (that's the thing that makes you a virgin).
If you are going to a Public School the answer would more than likely be "You've only had oral sex!?"

It depends on how you to define the term virgin.
One of the definitions is - someone who has never participated in sexual intercourse. Do you consider oral sex to be sex? If so, then someone who participates in oral sex isn't a virgin.
Another definition: unsullied, untainted, uninitiated.
In my opinion, sex is sex is sex, and many people feel oral sex (at least for a woman) is more intimate than vaginal sex. So, I'd say no, if you've had oral sex, you aren't a virgin.

In my opinion, they wouldn't call it oral 'sex' if it wasn't sex. You are still exchanging bodily fluids and I fully believe that oral sex is sex!! You can get the same diseases, and you get basically the same pleasure from it as if you were having sex. The only difference is you can't get pregnant!
