You can, but you have to be careful. A dry socket can develop, which is extremely painful.
To be careful, draw on the cigarette v-e-r-y slowly for the first few days.

You shouldn't. It drastically raises your chances of dry socket. Which sucks a lot more. You'd be better off waiting a day or so afterwards.

i don't think you should smoke period ...keep those lungs clean and you'll live longer ever your teeth will be healthier...and brighter
