Since you have asked this question under Science & Math, I would have to say "nothing" is bigger.
When we are talking about something, we are talking about some idea or a thing or an object or energy or whatever it may be that we are thinking of or refering to. But when are talkig about nothing, we don't talk about anything, which gives it an incomprehensible feature...including "Infinity"(if we are talking in terms on cosmology).
"Nothing" is more like zero. Its nothing as long as it is put next to a digit.

Nothing.

Proof:
(1) Something is finite.
(1) Infinity is bigger than anything finite.
(2) Nothing is bigger than infinity.
Therefore, nothing is bigger than something . . .

Nothing would presumably take up no space. Something would take up some space and is therefore bigger.
