First thing to do is go to your local Domestic Relations court clerks office and file for full legal custody of your child. Once that is established he just couldn't take your child when ever he wanted to, he would have to follow that order of the court. He may fight you on it, and ask for partial custody, but in most cases (especially if you're not married ) he may not want custody of the child but want to have the right to visit the child when he wants. That can all be established though the courts if you two cannot come to civil terms. But seek full legal custody - I work in law enforcement and I've seen parents report that their child's fathers haven't returned the children and there is nothing law enforcement can do if no order of custody is established. Good luck.

He can't do anything unless he proves paternity and ability to support the child. He will have to go to court for custody, get a blood test and pay child support - and like most men he probably won't. Don't worry just take good care of that baby!

More information needed to answer this! A father will always have rights unless he signs away his parental rights. If he comes back he can request a blood test to prove the baby is his.

Not sure what your asking but a child needs a relationship with their father, so don't stand in the way of that.
