Any names of softwares or languages would help. I need it to 3D Render for PC. And a complx one as well.

3DsMax by Autodesk is good software for beginners to create models, but it does take some time to master and create professional looking characters sobe prepared. I have only used it for creating 3Danimation short films but I know the games students at my university have been using it for environments and character design. As for the programming side of the game I have no idea, sorry :(

The best games are coded in c++. And the images are created using Blender or 3DS MAX. they also code the images because some iamges cant be pre rendered.

well all good games are coded in c++ in very advanced levels.
and applications like photoshop are used for the graphics.
