When your out in public do you notice people staring at you because of the dark circles.

No, I use a cream concealer under my eyes so I don't look tired. If you think everyone is staring at you just because of the dark circles you are mistaken. It could be they are admiring your outfit or they could be looking at someone or something behind you.

There are so many people out in public with their dark circled eyes..what would be the point of staring. It's almost normal.

No, I use concealer under my eyes so I don't look so sleepy. I have heard a few scams that claim to be able to get rid of the circles completely, but if anyone knows a product that works, i would LOVE to know.

No never. I think people are staring at me for other reasons, but not for that.

No. For me its hereditary, but I don't notice any one staring
