Doesn't everybody just wish that they would all accept themselves as a homosexual, and stop hiding it. Then they wouldn't be so hateful.

Some of them may indeed be homosexual. But I, personally, dont really want to identify with such evil people at all. So i say let the straight people have them!!

Hello =)

Unfortunately, I fear that the stereotype is true.....

Those who cannot deal with finding this "attraction" within themselves must suppress it in some way......even if that way is to follow the path of hatred...

I think if mankind first worked on the problem of hatred, and then secondly tried to eliminate the "labels" of human sexuality, and realize that everyone has the capacity to be attracted to members of either sex, but may have preferences to a particular physical "type" (which may be the type that has the same sex organs as themselves).....we will finally make some progress in the way of tolerance.

Humans are just totally stuffed up, aren't we??

With language came morality, and it's all been down-hill since then.....

Namaste,

--Tom

Hmm, I don't think every last homophobe is a gay person struggling to get out. Some have been taught to hate by their families, or unfortunately, their places of worship. Neither type of learning has any bearing on their God-given sexual orientation.

Having said that, I wish they would keep their black-hearted bigotry to themselves.

I don't want every person that disagrees with somebody to admit that they are just like that person. I would however like everybody to stop and think about what they are going to say, write or do before they do it.

Think about it, would you really want a child molesting serial killer to admit that he is actually a really nice guy and wants to be your best friend? I don't think so. So why would you want somebody to fess up to something that they are not.

The problem with people that bashes somebody else because of the color of their skin, or their religion or who they prefer to sleep with is ignorance. A person that doesn't understand the differences of another person and decides to try and degrade that person because they are different is ignorant of that person.

Before any person tries to degrade another person, that person needs to look at him or herself and see if there is something about him that is different than the rest of the world. Guess what, there is. Every person is different, thank goodness. We all have different hair, eyes, height, weight, skin color, tone of voice and the list goes on forever.
I saw a couple of answers to this question that basicly was a put down to somebody or a group of individuals. To those people, I ask you to look at yourself in the mirror and see if there is something that could be said about you, then think about what you wrote and how you would feel if somebody made fun of that difference in you.

Yes, that would be much better.
It was like that in the old days. It was not a big deal to be bicurious, or gay or straight with a "one of" experience. No one cared and there was no homophobia.

yup my Antonio, those homophobes are indeed closet-case homosexuals who are scared of what people may say about them.
