This is shameful but I had an extra-marital affair with a co-worker of mine. She knew I was married but loved me much. Despite many times of refusal, I finally gave in (which I know is wrong). Marriage all these years werent the best, but since I had no distractions I worked on making the marriage work.

Last 2 months, I tried to break up with my gf telling I want to make my marriage work and we broke up. But neither she nor me found it easy and then we got back again and this time much closer.

The intimacy is much better with my GF than wife. I am with wife only as a social obligation. My GF understands that and is ok with that.
I have given up the fact that my marriage can be worked out in any manner. Though my wife doesnt know about this affair, I still want to stick to my wife.

Any advice from anyone with similar experience.

Sounds like you are trying to get the best of both worlds. Problem with that is, it's all going to come crashing down around you. You are cheating on your wife. Plane and simple. You need to come clean with her and move out. You did this and you must be the one to fix it. There is no saving your marriage, so stop playing games with your wife. Be honest and move out. You need to file for divorce then you can start whatever life with the girlfriend. Keep in mind, what goes around comes around. This is very important because of the terrible thing you did to your wife. GOD help you.

Can't really give you any advice short of suggesting you really make a decision to drop either the wife or the girlfriend for the sake of doing the right thing.

However, I can relate to what you are going through...
