for you to find prespective in your life when things go bad? Does it come easily?

The old saying Never lose perspective is a farce.
Yes I will lose perspective at times when there's stormy weather, but I lost it along with my mind there for a while so have now had the deepest depth of hell in my life to look back on, and all of a sudden my perspective returns cause it could never get that bad again.

nothing worth it is easy... you just need to turn into yourself and find what is truly important to you, and what can effect your future life. im a 17 year old who has screwed up big time, and ive found my prespective by turing to my family

For me it's easy to see things from a variety of perspectives. When faced with a difficult decision I may weight all of the options until I chose the right one. To me you do not gain perspective until you see how something turns out. You need to be past a situation or ready to be past it before you can truly gain perspective.

You just have to think positive and concentrate on the good. It does not come easy, but it is very possible. Just look at all you have to be thankful for; family, friends, love, etc.

I find it is one of the most difficult things to do...everything gets messed up...my mind no longer functions properly..it is too focused on one thing.

For me it is very hard! I usually have to sleep on it before I can clearly look at something.

yes i think it is hard to find perspective in your life, very hard, and it takes time, i know i am still going thru it to find it.
