DOS Batch Files...anyone know how to extract the last line in a text file and save it to another file?

the text file is a continuously updated data file, has a time stamp, and gets very large. I want to extract the most recent line (the bottom line), save it to another file, and ftp it elsewhere.

It is best to download a tail exe (or command) file from microsoft, it works like unix
