There are two definitions that I am aware of, one is Tantric. Tantra is the spiritual practice of harmoniously weaving opposite energies. Some "Westerners" have taken the term and used it for any type of sexual massage, and have distorted the true meaning of the term. Orgasm may occur in true Tantric massage, but it is not the goal.

The second, is what I have just described, a full body massage which includes the genitals, whereby orgasm usually occurs.
