For any one call, it was probably about 1 hour (waiting for tech support on my down internet connection).

For any one problem, it was a total of about 5 hours when my telephone company lost the payment sent to them by my bank. I had to get my bank to send them the info three different times. The lost payment was for 60.00 and my bank charged 20.00 to trace the payment. They finally gave me the 80.00 credit plus all the late charges for what they thought was a missed payment after about three months. When I was finally able to switch local phone carriers it sure felt good to tell the phone company to stuff it.
