Your growing baby is just squishing all your insides, including your lungs. This is why it gets so difficult to do anything toward the end of pregnancy, as well as why the need to pee is going to steadily increase until the baby is born. Just try to relax, rest when you can.

I've had 3 kids. And with my last one, at 8 mos. I was also short of breath a lot. I mean, walking across a room while I was talking on the phone was terrible! On my next OB visit, I told the doctor about it. Turns out I was borderline anemic. I got tired easily, I was short of breath, no energy. She gave me some iron pills, and the very next day, I saw a 100% improvement. I'm sure the baby pushing your insides has something to do with it as well, but check w/your doctor. It's an easy fix, and it will also make recovery (whether you deliver natural or c-section) easier on you. P.S. Iron is what carries oxygen thru the blood. If your problem is because your iron is low, that's why. Your body's having to work harder to get more oxygen to everyone and everything.

It's normal if you are carrying high - your lungs can't expand as much with everything else pushed up against them. If you're really having problems breathing ie)feel like passing out, then go see a doc.

Yes, it's normal. I started that at around five months. My son was up pretty high and would compress my diaphram. I would tap my stomach lightly to get him to move down a little bit and I would feel much better. Hopefully that would work for you, but your doctor might have some other ideas.

yes it is normal. You can feel like you just ran a marathon. Dont worry about it, or just ask your dr about it and tell him how you feel. I am always feeling like Im out of breath and my heart pounds too. Its been like that with every pregnancy I have. Im 30 weeks pregnant now with my 4th.

Shortness of breath even as pregnant might want to properly be through high blood pressure aside out of your suspicions indexed above. in case you're literally not already hypertensive then you definitely might want to properly be tormented by pre-eclampsia. you want to bypass to a medical institution to have your blood rigidity checked.

It is normal. I had the same problem with my son he would sit in my rib cage area all the time.
Try to get the baby to move by eating something sweet poking at it something to make it move.
Also talk to your dr about it he might recomend other ideas

Approximately 7 months pregnant, a little over. Check with your physician, possible problems may have something to do with amount of weight gained, size of fetus, general health.

Yep as the baby and your uterus grow they push up on your lungs and rib cage, all normal and quiet uncomfortable.

thats when it started getting really bad for me, i asked my doc what to do she said to try and talk slower, and not to get all worked up when i talk, its hard if your excited about something, but he also recommended that i stand or sit up nice and tall when i feel short of breathe, thats hard to do cause you start to feel dizzy but ithelped me get my breathe back faster good luck
