I dont really do that while walking down stairs but it happens alll the time while driving. I just dont remember a certain section of the trip. Im glad im a good subconscience driver

Not that so much but I go to a room in the house and forget why! (Unless it's the bathroom - I usually remember why there!)

Yes I do also some times. What is scarier is when you are driving and cannot remember getting from a point A to a point B.

They all told me that it was called old age but i hear young people saying the same thing, i do that a lot and it use to scare me, i thought may be its altimeters disease or some thing. lol but i really think your mind is just on other things.

That usually happens on my drive to work.

Some days I don't remember the drive at all.
